Workshop

Awling belts are made entirely by hand in England.

All components undergo quality checks on receipt into the workshop.

Hides are cut with care ensuring any natural marks are positioned sympathetically on the belt strap.

The edges are hand-burnished with wax creating a beautiful seal on the raw edge.

At this point the branding and size are debossed into the strap using heat and pressure.

The buckle and strap are assembled using thread passed over a wax block. Each hand-stitch features a concealed knot ensuring the most robust connection of strap and buckle.

The finished belts are quality checked, receive a final polish before being packaged and sent to despatch.
